Life Communities are the way we gather during the week around the table to be the people of Jesus in our neighbourhoods. This is how we practice the way of Jesus together in Leamington Spa and the surrounding areas. At LCC, we meet weekly in small groups, known as Life Communities, providing a place to: LIVE as family as we build meaningful relationships, and lovingly support one another. GROW together with others, to become like Jesus. GO! serve our town and share the Good News of Jesus with others. Each week will have a different focus: Family, Grow or Go! The Practicing the Way Course is an access point to spiritual formation, exploring what it means to follow Jesus and laying the foundation for a life of apprenticeship to him. It features 9 sessions of teaching, guided conversation, and spiritual exercises designed to equip us to become like Jesus and to do as He did. Course Dates and How to Join The course will run on Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:45pm, from 30th April until 9th July at the LCC Church Centre. It is open to the whole church, but registration is essential as we will purchase resources for those who sign-up. Life Communities are a key way for anyone for whom LCC is their spiritual home, to practically grow together spiritually within a community of other Christ-followers. It's more than a Life Group, discussion group, Bible Study or support group; Life communities will provide the opportunity for fellowship and life change as we go on a genuine journey with other believers, to become more like Jesus. We will provide both in-person groups and a hybrid of in-person/ Zoom. In order to participate, we invite you to take part in this 1 week Community Basics Course on Zoom at 7:30pm.
