What is the Wellbeing Journey?
The Wellbeing Journey is a series that explores holistic wellness in our body, mind and spirit. This free, 8-part course is based around key areas of wellbeing:
Each session has 3 key ingredients:
- relaxed and welcoming (coffee and cake/ biscuits, and get to meet new friends!)
- a talk/ video
- good conversation and discussion in a safe space.
The course will take place in person at the Church Manse running once a week for 8 weeks. We run this course throughout the year, depending upon demand. Please visit our CALENDER PAGE for details of when our next one will be running.
